My doctor recommended this exact pillow

This pillow from this brand was actually recommended by my doctor, not an ad. I went to see her for recurring neck pain and she told me to switch to a more structured pillow and mentioned Quiet Night. I ordered this one and after a few nights my neck felt a lot less tight in the morning. I’m honestly glad I listened to her for once.

Physiotherapist told me to get an ergonomic pillow

My physio kept telling me that my regular flat pillow wasn’t helping my posture at all and suggested an ergonomic one with better neck support. I chose this model after reading a few reviews and I don’t regret it. My neck cracks less and the tension at the end of the day is easier to handle. I’d recommend it if your physio says the same thing as mine.

I almost only sleep on my side and my arm was always numb in the morning. With this pillow my head stays in line with my neck and my shoulder feels less crushed.

Honestly I didn’t expect much but I’m really happy with it. My neck feels better in the morning and I fall asleep quicker. If I had to choose again I’d buy the same pillow, no hesitation.

Better than my old memory foam one

I already had a memory foam pillow but it was getting flat really fast. This one keeps its shape and holds my head in place, especially when I roll on my back. My neck complains less in the morning, so for me it does the job.
